Registration Information
At our Laguna Beach office, our team is focused on providing patient care that is convenient, comforting and informative. We’ve compiled an online registration system with Phressia to streamline your experience. Once you are scheduled, seven days prior to your appointment you will receive a text or email to complete the registration process, including medical history. If registration is not completed or partially completed the day before your appointment, you will receive a kind reminder. Should you be unable to complete your registration for any reason, you may do so in the office by arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
